In my spare time I spend a bit of time playing, composing music, & recording. I have found a few Linux application that I have find useful in these tasks.

• GNU Solfege (A Free Ear Training Program)
• Audacity (Audio Editor and Recorder)
• LilyPond (Music Notation & Printing Software)
• Hydrogen (advanced drum machine)
• GTick (metronome application)
